With the biggest tournament in South American football just one day away, Born Offside looks at the games that will decide the fate of the trophy…

Argentina start as favourites in Group A and they have a straight forward group. 2nd and 3rd is up for grabs and the meetings between Bolivia, Costa Rica and Colombia will be key.

Brazil have a tougher task in Group B, their clash with Paraguay will be the big game on 9th July. The battle to avoid the wooden spoon should be contested between Ecuador and Venezuela on the same day.

Group C is certainly the Group of Death with Peru in particular keen to upset the top 2 of Chile and Uruguay who meet on 8th July. The final games could be key with Chile taking on Peru and Uruguay facing Mexico on 12th July.

The top two from each Group will advance along with the two best third placed teams, leaving the groups wide open. One result could be enough to progress.

If all goes to plan Chile could line up against Argentina in the Semi-Final and Uruguay would take on Brazil. Born-Offside is tipping an Argentina – Uruguay final at La Monumental.
